To inquire about assistance with your chromebook please email studenthelp@sgate.k12.mi.us
Please include all pertinent information along with the asset tag of the device you need assistance with. There will be a red sticker that says Southgate Schools on it along with a 4-6 digit number.
Most issues caused by glitches can be solved by performing a hard reset.
To hard reset your chromebook please follow the steps below.
1) Turn off your chromebook
2) Press and hold the Refresh key and tap and release the power key.
3) When the chromebok starts up, release the refresh key.
