After meeting with the Benefits Specialist, you will be able to begin the process of electing your benefits. You will receive a welcome email from Employee Navigator (the online portal used to administer benefits) allowing you to start the process.

ACA REPORTS
The 2024 ACA Reporting and Enforcement Rules have changed so that Applicable Large Employers are no longer required to furnish 1095-c forms to all full time employees, except if requested by the employee. When requested, the employer must provide a copy of the form within 30 days or by January 31.
