Mashups

A mashup is a digital media file containing any type of text, graphics, audio, video, and animation, which recombines and modifies existing digital works to create a derivative work.   In essence, it takes original works and “mashes” them into a new, cool product.

Fodey

Create your own customized "newspaper clipping" by providing a title, the date and the text.  Download the .jpg image to insert in your blog, wiki, or website!

Spell With Flickr

This site allows you to type in a word, then it searches all of the Flickr photos to create the word you want as a graphic.   You can always click on each letter to get a new photo of that letter.  Users can embed the words into their blogs, wikis or web pages.

Flickr Colr Pickr

Allows users to find public photos in Flickr that match a specific color.  You choose the color that you are looking for in the images and Flickr searches through its public pictures for matching photos of the same color.

Flickr Montager

Enter a tag or keyword and this site will create a montage of images for you that contain that word.  Hard to explain, but cool to check out!

Flickr Memry

Users enter a tag (keyword) and it sets up a memory style board where users need to match up photos.

Flickr Chia Pet

This site is strictly for entertainment purposes.  Select a photo to be your Chia “pet” and paint on your Chia seeds…… watch them grow!

Image Generator

Create free custom graphics and clipart online without any software.  Choose from magazine covers, frames, borders, props and people, special effects, certificates, awards and more!  This site is a little slow at times, but worth checking out.

Big Huge Labs

Create “stuff” with your photos from Flickr (or upload your own).  Choose from movie posters, jigsaw puzzles, calendars, wallpaper for your computer or phone, posters, frames and so much more!  Some items require purchase, while others are free.  This is a great site!
