VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
Volunteer Time
(Volunteer Schedule has been updated under the game volunteer section 8/30/10)
Each family is required to fulfill a set number of volunteer times on order to receive their banquet tickets free of charge.
1 participant = 2 volunteer times
2 or more participants = 3 volunteer times
Volunteer times will be at our 4 home games and during the cheer competition.
If all volunteer times are not completed parents will be required to purchase their banquet tickets at the cost of $40 a piece. It is an all or nothing situation. You have to serve the stated amount of time to receive the tickets (1 volunteer time does not equal 1 ticket).
In the case of divorced families with step parents, each family must serve time. This means more volunteer time but for a few hours of time each parent and step-parent are able to go. Please contact Ann Marie Rickman (734-502-5356) or at rickmana@sgate.k12.mi.us if you have questions and want to ensure that you are serving the appropriate amount of volunteer times.
The exact game time and game order has not be established yet. It is easier to volunteer for a game that your son and daughter are not participating in. You can send an email stating the game and position you want to serve, an email confirming the spot will be sent back.
