Digital Photograph Tools

Students want to personalize their work.  What better way than to use digital photographs?  There are plenty of sites that allow users to manipulate photos by editing, adding clipart and effects, as well as storage and printing options.

Blabberize    * I give this one my "cool" award!!

A blabber is a talking picture.  Users can create their free account, upload their own pictures (of animals or humans), and record their voice as their picture “talks”.  Blabbers can be shared by embedding into blogs, wikis or websites.  All you need is a microphone to get started.  This site is definitely a lot of fun!

Picnik

Picnik is a photo-editing site.  Users upload their own photos.  Choose from basic editing tools:  rotate, crop, resize, red-eye, etc.  The fun starts when you create:  adding effects, text, shapes and photo frames.  You can also save to several different graphics formats (jpg, bmp, png, pdf, etc).

Photo Storage and Printing Merchandise Sites
