This site allows you to create your own comic strip using your own photos, selecting a layout, and adding graphics, textboxes and more.  You can share your cartoon strips by embedding them into your blog, wiki and web page.  You can also download the image as a jpg or email it to friends.

This is a free site where you can create your own comic strips, publish, share & discuss.  Users can email their cartoon to a friend, embed in blogs, wikis or web pages, or print their cartoon.
