In Powerschool Teacher (not in your gradebook):

• click on the Backpack
• click on the student's name and go to the right hand side of the screen where it says "Select Screens".  In that drop-down, you'll see Net Phone Access Summary.
  

That screen shows you when and how often the student and parent have accessed the records.

A shortcut to know is that once you have this screen up - if you click on the FIRST name of the next student, then the screen stays the same and you don't have to reselect it again. If you click on their last name, it defaults back to the first screen.    This is a timesaver when you're scrolling through the list to see who has accessed the records.
