Spring Treasure Hunt for Band Instruments!
Were you in marching band?
Does it bring back a flood of memories?
Are you still
playing that instrument?
Or is it collecting dust and taking up space?
This year 38 students at Gerisch Middle School had to pass
up the band experience because they could not afford to
rent or buy an instrument, and the loan closet is bare.
Musical instruments are meant to be played. They
deteriorate and die if they do not have life blown, tapped or
pounded into them.
Please consider donating your band instrument to
Southgate Community School District.
We are collecting any and all band instruments.
