SUBJECT: REGIONAL/WORLDS ACCOMMODATIONS

SAWG members will be required to pay for both accommodations for Regional and Worlds. The total cost for both accommodations is $85.00 per member. The money for these accommodations will be due February 21st .
Parents, this is where we will be staying for both events. If you need accommodations for these trips, please let me know ASAP. All parents are welcome to stay with us for the regional, we do stay in a school but it is only $8 per night per person. I need to know ASAP if you would like to stay with us so I can turn in our numbers. For the Worlds trip, I have 3 rooms on hold for parents, and will be given on a "first come, first served" basis. We got a group rate because we needed so many rooms and you have the room at our rate. It s $85 per night and they are suites that can hold up to 6 people. You are also welcome to make your own plans if you wish.
Regional:
We will be staying at: Centerville High School -- Feb. 29th -Mar. 2nd (Leaving Southgate Friday afternoon and returning Sunday evening) 500 E. Franklin Street Centerville, OH 45459. We will be staying at the school and sleeping in classrooms. So you must bring bedding to sleep on, bathing suit, and towels for showers, etc. When we get closer to the date, everyone will be responsible for an item of food to bring/donate. That list will be passed out later.
Worlds:
We will be staying at: Comfort Suites (OH202)-- April 9-12 (Leaving Southgate the afternoon of Wed, Thurs, and Friday. Coming home Saturday sometime) 42 Prestige Plaza Dr., Miamisburg, OH, US, 45342 | Phone: (937) 436-4529 Fax: (937) 436-4965. We will also be doing a food list for this trip so that we can save money. This hotel has free breakfast. Please plan on going out to dinner at least once. Below is a link to the hotels website.
